How Saif works with clients
Saif takes the first conversation himself. No SDR funnel, no qualification gauntlet. The first call is direct, usually 30–45 minutes, and the only goal is to understand whether what you have in mind is a fit — and if it isn't, to say so plainly.
From the Olaya office in Riyadh he covers the full GCC. Most weeks he's between meetings in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar; flights to Dubai, Doha, Manama, or Kuwait City happen when an engagement needs him there in person. Phone, WhatsApp, and email all reach him directly — no gatekeepers between you and the person making the recommendation.
What he tends to spend time on
- Founder and family-business conversations. The decisions that move a Gulf SMB usually happen at one table, with one or two people. Saif's most common meetings are at that table.
- Vision 2030–aligned scoping. When AI investment needs to map to the national strategy — for grants, accelerators, or internal stakeholder narratives — Saif leads the framing.
- Bilingual delivery decisions. When does Arabic-first matter, when does it not, and how do we build customer-facing systems that handle both naturally. He calls those scoping decisions early so the build doesn't have to be redone.
- Regional partnerships. Integrators, telecom partners, government tech accelerators, family-office introductions. Saif is the relationship side of the work.
