How an engagement actually works
The first conversation is free. Saif takes most introductory calls in the GCC personally — that's intentional. We want to know whether what you have in mind is the right shape for AI before we put together a quote.
If we move forward, you get:
- A 2-week setup window where we wire integrations, define the agent's tone (in your language), and load your domain knowledge.
- A go-live with weekly tuning calls for the first month.
- A monthly review thereafter — what worked, what to adjust, what's next.
- A direct line to your account contact, in working hours that align with the Gulf, not Pacific time.
No long-term contracts. Cancel month-to-month after the first 60 days.
What we don't do
Some things we'll tell you up front aren't worth doing:
- Replacing judgment-bound work with AI. If a person's job is reading tone and building relationships, AI doesn't replace that. We'll say so.
- Selling AI when the leak isn't 3x the cost. We need to see a measurable problem worth at least 3x our monthly fee. If it's not there, you don't need us yet.
- Hiding that it's AI. Customers find out anyway. We default to identifying agents as automated.
